ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, May 2nd at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.
The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:
- 1325 21st Street NW – Concept / rear addition and alteration (2B06)
- 1729 T Street NW – Application by 1729 T Street TF LLC for variances from the closed court requirements, the floor area ratio requirements, and the lot occupancy requirements to construct a five-unit apartment house (BZA #19772) (2B08)
- 1218 16th Street NW – Application by Philip Qiu and Associates LLC for a use variance from the use provisions to use a portion of the existing office building as a small public gallery (BZA #19774) (2B05)
