ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, June 5th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.
The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:
- 1637-1641 R Street NW – Application by Raycon Inc. for special exception from the minimum open court requirements and from the lot occupancy requirements to construct a rear addition to the second through fourth stories, and a rooftop penthouse to an existing four-story mixed use commercial building at 1637-1641 R Street NW (BZA #20042) (2B04)
- 1738 Church Street NW – Concept / detached garage, roof deck, and hyphen connection (HPRB #19-384) (2B07)
- 1521 Corcoran Street NW – Concept / new partial third floor, new addition, new windows (HPRB #19-395) (2B04)
- 1620 Riggs Place NW – Concept / new garage with rooftop patio (HPRB #19-383) (2B04)
