ANC 2B will hold its next Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting on Wednesday, August 28th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.
The agenda includes:
- Welcome and review of meeting norms / member introductions
- Discussion regarding a resident’s request for a traffic study at 14th Street and Wallach Place NW
- Discussion regarding proposed locations for on-street micromobility corrals in ANC 2B
- Presentation and discussion regarding the Transportation Benefits Equity Amendment Act of 2019
- Chair’s updates on proposed and/or ongoing projects in ANC 2B: Dupont Circle traffic safety study, H Street and I Street NW bus lanes pilot project, 16th Street NW bus lanes project, Safe Routes to Schools and Parks, 17th Street NW safety improvements, and the K Street NW transitway

The purpose of the Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee is to promote a safe and effective transportation system for the residents and visitors of Dupont Circle and improve the use of public space in our neighborhood. The role of the TPI Committee serves as a forum for discussing matters related to the following and making recommendations to the ANC:
- Pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure and safety
- Beautification, repair, and streetscapes
- Public transit
- Public parks
- Curbside management, including valet applications, loading zones, the enhanced residential parking program, and visitor parking
- Matters before the DC Council related to transportation and public space
