    Dear Colleagues:
Your meeting tonight has so many items. Like many, a day or two ago, I have learned about this meeting including the Scottish Rite Temple subdivision request. Though not a fault of ANC2B, process for evaluating the Masonic Temple commercial development did not seem to follow a logical order. Why not first establish the landmark boundary, then consider subdivision, and after that a concept plan for a building. We got the building proposal first, and then ….
I would urge you to consider delaying the discussion on subdivision to a special meeting.
    Be well,
    Aydin
