ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, April 4th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 1828 15th Street NW – Application for special exceptions from the lot occupancy requirements and from the accessory building rear yard setback requirements to construct a two-story rear addition to the existing principal dwelling unit and to construct a two-story accessory structure (BZA #19739) (2B09)
