February 6th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, February 6th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 750 17th Street NW – Application by John Hancock Life Insurance Company for a special exception from the penthouse enclosure requirements to construct new penthouse structures on an existing 12-story office building (BZA #19923)
  • 1726 Swann Street NW – Concept / addition and alteration of existing two-story home (HPRB #19-144)
  • 1746 Q Street NW – Concept / two-story addition and roof addition (HPRB #19-172)
  • 1832 15th Street NW – Permit / two-story rear addition; one-story addition to garage (HPRB #19-173)
  • 2014 O Street NW – Concept / rear addition (HPRB #TBD)

January 2nd ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, January 2nd at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 1410 15th Street NW – Application for a special exception from the lot occupancy requirements to construct a rear deck and bay window addition to an existing semi-detached principal dwelling unit (BZA #19905) (2B05)
  • 1337 Connecticut Avenue NW – Application for a modification of consequence to the plans approved in BZA Order Nos. 18906 and 19806A to expand the proposed mechanical penthouse area into a partial seventh floor for use as an accessory restaurant space in a mixed-use building (BZA #18906B) (2B07)

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 1608 20th Street NW – Permit / Rear two-story addition (HPRB #19-048) (2B02)
  • 1733 16th Street NW – Concept / Four-story plus penthouse new apartment building (HPRB #18-668) (2B04)

Additionally, ANC 2B will hold a special November Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting on Thursday, November 8th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The agenda includes:

  • Welcome and review of meeting norms
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the District Department of Transportation’s proposed rulemaking on residential parking regulations
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the District Department of Transportation’s proposed rulemaking on dockless vehicle regulations
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the District Department of Transportation’s proposed installation of parking restrictions for passenger loading (NOI #18-192)
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the Department of For-Hire Vehicles’ proposed rulemaking on grants for more energy efficient and accessible vehicles
