Updated October 2nd ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, October 2nd at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following zoning and historic preservation applications:

  • 1600 M Street NW – Application by the National Geographic Society for a modification of consequence to the plans approved by BZA Order No. 13540 to add a front entry pavilion to an existing building (BZA #13540A) (2B05) – More information regarding the project can be found here.

Please note that the project at 1832 15th Street NW was removed from the agenda as the applicant requested a postponement from the Board of Zoning Adjustment beyond the ANC’s regular November meeting and the ANC has a general practice of reviewing items in the series of meetings immediately before regulatory body reviews in order to allow more time for community input on the project.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the above agenda item, please reach out to the single member district commissioner associated with the project and ZPD Committee Chair Aaron Landry at: 2B04@anc.dc.gov.

Please note that, in honor of the observance of Yom Kippur, ANC 2B’s regular October meeting will be on Thursday, October 10th at 7:00 pm at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 1717 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Room 500.
