December 5th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 5th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 1827-1829 M Street NW – Concept / rear addition (HPRB #18-518) (2B06)
  • 1737 Church Street NW – Permit / partial third-floor addition on two-story rowhouse (HPRB #19-076) (2B07)
  • 1523 Church Street NW – Concept / replace rear addition and modify windows (HPRB #19-077) (2B05)
  • 1769 Church Street NW – Permit / demolish rear ell and construct new one-story addition and exterior deck at first floor with balcony at second floor; rear yard fencing (HPRB #19-093) (2B07)

ANC 2B Meeting Notices for Upcoming ZPD and TPI Committee Meetings

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, November 7th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 1608 20th Street NW – Permit / Rear two-story addition (HPRB #19-048) (2B02)
  • 1733 16th Street NW – Concept / Four-story plus penthouse new apartment building (HPRB #18-668) (2B04)

Additionally, ANC 2B will hold a special November Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting on Thursday, November 8th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The agenda includes:

  • Welcome and review of meeting norms
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the District Department of Transportation’s proposed rulemaking on residential parking regulations
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the District Department of Transportation’s proposed rulemaking on dockless vehicle regulations
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the District Department of Transportation’s proposed installation of parking restrictions for passenger loading (NOI #18-192)
  • Consideration of a resolution regarding the Department of For-Hire Vehicles’ proposed rulemaking on grants for more energy efficient and accessible vehicles

ANC 2B Notice of Special Meeting and Proposed Changes to Bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual

ANC 2B will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 1st at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW. The purpose of the meeting is to consider additional community comments and a resolution regarding the following agenda item from the ANC’s regular July 2018 meeting:

  • 1827-1829 M Street NW – Concept / Six-floor rear addition (HPRB #18-518) (2B06) (30 minutes)

Please note that the ANC will not hold an August Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting.

ANC 2B would also like to provide notice that the commission will consider changes to the ANC’s bylaws and the ANC’s Policies and Procedures Manual during the ANC’s regular August meeting on Wednesday, August 8th at 7:00 pm. The proposed changes to the bylaws can be found here and the proposed changes to the Policies and Procedures Manual can be found here.
