September 2nd ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda (Virtual Meeting)

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7:00 pm. In accordance with the “COVID-19 Response Emergency Amendment Act of 2020” and current DC Health limitations on mass gatherings, this meeting will be held online via Zoom and can be accessed at the following link: http://bit.ly/ANC2BSeptember2020ZPD.

We will continue to have public comment on each agenda item. There is no fee or account needed to use Zoom.

The committee will review the following zoning and historic preservation applications:

  • 1730 R Street NW – Application by the District Department of General Services for a special exception from the rear yard requirements to construct an ADA-accessible elevator at the back of the Ross Elementary School building (BZA #20312) (2B03) – More information regarding the project can be found here.
  • 2152 Florida Avenue NW – Application by Florida 21 LLC for a special exception from the court requirements to construct a partial fourth-story addition to an existing attached principal dwelling unit and convert it into a 4-unit apartment house (BZA #20305) (2B02) – More information regarding the project can be found here.
  • 1808 S Street NW – Permit / add penthouse to 3-story dwelling (HPRB #20-463) (2B01) – More information regarding the project can be found here.

ANC 2B Will Not Hold July ZPD Committee Meeting

There are no zoning or historic preservation cases currently before the ANC’s Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee. Therefore, the ZPD Committee will not meet in July. The ANC’s regular July meeting will take place on July 8th, 2020 with an agenda and login information forthcoming.

ANC 2B Will Not Hold June ZPD Committee Meeting

There are no zoning or historic preservation cases currently before the ANC’s Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee. Therefore, the ZPD Committee will not meet in June. The ANC’s regular June meeting will take place on June 10th, 2020 with an agenda and login information forthcoming.

May 6th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda (Virtual Meeting)

Due to the public health emergency and the change in the District government’s operating status, there are no zoning or historic preservation cases currently before the ANC’s Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee. Therefore, the ZPD Committee will not meet in April.
