Anna Noakes, Executive Director. The Dupont Circle ANC Executive Director keeps the ANC functioning smoothly, by preparing our agendas and minutes for publication, directing constituent questions to Commissioners, and ensuring that our Commission opinions get to the appropriate District agencies and boards through formal letters.
