Two candidates appeared on the ballot: Josiah Blackwell-Lipkind and Libby Franklin. After tallying the votes, Josiah Blackwell-Lipkind received 16 votes and Libby Franklin received 33 votes. Libby Franklin has thus been named the Commissioner-Elect for 2B07.
