At our July 2012 ABRA Policy Committee meeting and our full ANC public meeting, the Commission considered the new omnibus alcohol legislation presented by Councilmember Jim Graham.\u00a0 The bill was the result of several “working group” sessions hosted by Councilmember Graham.\u00a0 Commissioner Ramon Estrada, chair of our ABRA Policy Committee, attended the “working group” sessions as a representative of the ANC.<\/p>\n
