A full description of the moratorium zone, and a map of the impacted area, is located on the <a href=\"http:\/\/abra.dc.gov\/page\/west-dupont-circle-moratorium-zone\">Alcohol Beverage Regulatory Administration<\/a> website.<\/p>\n<p>The working group, charged with representing community input, is eager to hear your thoughts and\u00a0is holding two public meetings.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saturday February 21st 2-4PM<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday February 25th 7-9PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meetings will be held at the Church of the Pilgrims, 2201 P St NW. The meetings will be held in a\u00a0community room. Please enter through the office door just to the right of the main front doors.<\/p>\n<p>The working group is also accepting comments through an <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/udA7mh4FTc\">online\u00a0form<\/a>\u00a0if you are unable to make the meetings.
