The final agenda for this evening’s ANC 2B regular August meeting can be found\u00a0here<\/a>. As a reminder, the meeting will be on Wednesday, August 8th at 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n Please note that the meeting will take place at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 1717 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Room 500. This is the SAIS building that is located on the north side of the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue.<\/p>\n Please also note that, due to School of Advanced International Studies policies, all meeting attendees will be required to show photo ID in order to enter the school building.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n As previously announced, during the regular August meeting the ANC will be considering proposed changes to the ANC\u2019s bylaws and the ANC\u2019s Policies and Procedures Manual. The proposed changes to the bylaws can be found\u00a0here<\/a><\/u>\u00a0and the proposed changes to the Policies and Procedures Manual can be found\u00a0here<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n Please note that the ANC will\u00a0not<\/u>\u00a0be considering changes to the ANC\u2019s public space guidelines at this time as part of the proposed changes to the ANC\u2019s Policies and Procedures Manual. Rather, the public space guidelines are undergoing a separate, in-depth review by the ANC, which will include community outreach over the coming months. We expect to take this up at an ANC meeting in the fall of 2018. More information regarding community outreach on the public space guidelines will be sent out shortly.
