The proposed changes may be found <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupontcircleanc.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/ANC2BPolicyProceduresManual_Proposed-Changes_2018.11.24.pdf\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that the Commission is not proposing changes to ANC 2B&#8217;s Public Space Guidelines, which are incorporated within this manual. Changes do incorporate those made to the ANC\u2019s Bylaws in September and also align the document with current policy and internal procedures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those wishing to comment on the changes may do so by using the comment function at the bottom of the proposed changes notice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupontcircleanc.net\/wordpress\/2018\/11\/25\/anc-2b-notice-of-revised-policies-procedures-manual\/\">here<\/a>.
