The meeting will take place on Thursday, July 20th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupontcircleanc.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ANC-2B-Special-July-2023-Agenda.pdf\">here<\/a>. The proposed changes to the bylaws can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupontcircleanc.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2023-06-05-2B-Draft-Bylaws-No-Comments.pdf\">here<\/a>.
