ANC 2B is holding a Special Meeting to consider applying for use of Expert Assistance Funds. This meeting is being held with less than 7 days notice due to the time-sensitive nature of applying for and hiring experts for an upcoming Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis (ABC) Board hearing.

- Discussion of proposed use of Expert Assistance Funds (EAF)

- Consideration and vote for an application to use (EAF) to hire an attorney
- Consideration and vote for an application to use (EAF) to hire a sound expert
- Vote to amend ANC 2B’s FY27 budget to incorporate the cost of experts to be hired using EAF
- Vote to on process to hire experts paid for with the EAF
