    4. Discussion: Ad hoc committee on nightlife and neighborhoods charge and composition
    5. Proposal for public art on the new plaza at Connecticut Avenue pursuant to the 2027 Public Art Building Committee’s Grant (Edward Hamm/ Dupont Circle BID)
