ANC 2B and Perseus Realty to Host Community Meeting on Proposed Development at 15th Street and S Street NW

ANC 2B and Perseus Realty will host an upcoming community meeting regarding a future application for an apartment development at 15th Street and S Street NW, behind the Masonic Temple. The meeting will include preliminary plans for massing and a discussion to provide community input on the design of the proposed building. This is the first meeting for community members and the ANC to provide input on the project and we expect a historic preservation concept review application will be filed in the following months.

The meeting will be on Tuesday, May 1st at 7:00 pm at the Masonic Temple, 1733 16th Street NW.

    I would like to attend this meeting however it conflicts with a previously scheduled engagement. When and where will information be made available concerning the content of this meeting ?
