I would like to know why our neighborhood was never made aware of the construction project taking place on the rooftop of Public Bar Live. I can see that heavy steel and glass have been added to their rooftop, but I have never seen any city building permits or licensing posted at their doors. How are we to know this was all approved by the city? In addition to the constant noise issues deriving from their property, I am concerned for the well being of their staff and patrons who are subjected to the unauthorized construction. Please note this concern when addressing their ABC license renewal. Thank you.
