April 5th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda
ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, April 5th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW. The meeting will be held in the order of the agenda below:
- 1500 17th Street NW â Application for a special exception under the penthouse requirements to construct a three-story flat with penthouse space (BZA #19486) (2B07)
- 1501 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, 1503-1505 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, and 730 15th Street NW â Concept / exterior alterations (HPRB #17-297) (2B05)
- 2124 O Street NW â Concept / two-story addition at rear of property (HPRB #17-242) (2B06). Note: project deferred to May at applicant’s request.
March 15th TPI Committee Meeting Agenda
This is a reminder that ANC 2B will be holding the March Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting this Wednesday, March 15th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW. The meeting will be held in the order of the agenda below:
- Discussion about DDOT 2017 Capital Bikeshare expansion in ANC 2B. DDOT representative will be in attendance.
- Representatives from DDOT will engage in discussion about projects such as improvement of bike lanes and bike/pedestrian/vehicle separation, marking, and safety.
- Discussion on campaign to bring rainbow crosswalks to ANC 2B.
- Discussion on potential engagement with Amazon regarding neighborhood pickup locker program.
