ANC 2B Meeting Notice for ZPD Meeting and Special July Meeting

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2B will be holding its monthly Zoning, Preservation and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting, as well as a special meeting regarding:

The Board of Zoning Adjustment application for 2147 P Street NW: an application for a lot occupancy variance and relief from the rear yard setback requirement (BZA #19309) (2B02)

The meetings will be on Wednesday, July 6th, 2016 at the Dupont Circle Hotel, 1500 New Hampshire Avenue NW. The ZPD meeting will start at 7:00 pm and the special meeting will start at 8:00 pm.

2012 P Street NW (HPRB #16-525)- Proposed third story addition to an existing structure (2B02)

Fifteenth Street Financial Historic District (HPRB #16-12)- Application for an amendment / expansion

2147-2149 P Street NW (HPRB #16-528)- Proposed pop-back and fourth / fifth story additions to an existing structure (2B02)

List of Alcohol License Renewals Being Considered During ANC 2B’s June Meeting

Below is a link to the list of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board license renewal applications that ANC 2B will consider during its regular June meeting this Wednesday.

Please note that there will be time set aside for community members to raise any concerns regarding the establishments included in the attached list during the meeting.

As a reminder, the ANC’s regular June meeting will be this Wednesday, June 8th at 7:00 pm at the Brookings Institution, 1775 Massachusetts Avenue NW. A copy of the meeting agenda can be found here.
