June 1 ZPD Agenda

The ANC’s Zoning, Preservation, and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 1st, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW. The following projects are on the Committee’s agenda:

2147 P Street NW: Application for a lot occupancy variance and relief from the rear yard setback requirement. Please note that the historic preservation aspects of the project have yet to be reviewed by the ANC and are expected to be reviewed at the July ZPD meeting (BZA #19309) (2B02)

1714-1716 N Street NW: Proposed consolidation of lots and addition of a rear exit staircase (BZA #19312) (2B05)

1520 T Street NW: Proposed fourth story addition to a row house (HPRB #16-383) (2B09)

1824 17th Street NW: New retaining wall and patio area in the front yard / public space (HPRB #16-384) (2B08)

2122 O Street NW: Proposed rear addition to a rowhouse (HPRB # TBA) (2B06)

2000 Florida Avenue NW: Application by the American Geophysical Union for a variance from the off-street parking requirements and a special exception from the penthouse setback requirements, to renovate an existing office building, including the installation of a rooftop solar array (BZA #19314) (2B01)

1713 S Street NW:  Proposed rear addition, new roof penthouse and deck, and the removal of the garage roof (HPRB #16-445) (2B01)

List of Alcohol License Renewals Being Considered During ANC 2B’s May Meeting

Below is a link to the list of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board license renewal applications that ANC 2B will consider during its regular May meeting this Wednesday.

Please note that there will be time set aside for community members to raise any concerns regarding the establishments included in the attached list during the meeting.

As a reminder, the ANC’s regular May meeting will be this Wednesday, May 11th at 7:00 pm at the Brookings Institution, 1775 Massachusetts Avenue NW. A copy of the meeting agenda can be found here.
