Updated ANC 2B Review Schedule for 1733 16th Street NW Development Project

ANC 2B was recently informed that the Historic Preservation Review Board’s (HPRB) review of the concept application for the proposed development at 1733 16th Street NW has been delayed from the Board’s April 25th meeting to the Board’s May 23rd meeting, during which the Board will separately review an application to expand the scope of the historic landmark at 1733 16th Street NW. In order for the ANC review both of these applications close to when the HPRB will review them and to maximize time for community input, the ANC has thus delayed its review of the project. The updated ANC review schedule for the project is as follows:

  • ANC 2B Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, May 1st at 7:00 pm (the location is to be determined)
  • ANC 2B special meeting on Thursday, May 16th at 7:00 pm (the location is to be determined)

The ANC will not hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 18th as that meeting has been rescheduled to the special meeting on Thursday, May 16th.

Please reach out to ANC 2B Chair Daniel Warwick (2B02@anc.dc.gov) and ANC 2B Zoning, Preservation, and Development Committee Chair Beverly Schwartz (2B08@anc.dc.gov) if you have questions regarding this matter.
