ANC 2B Cancels Regular March 2020 Meeting

Due to State of Emergency declared by Mayor Bowser this afternoon regarding the novel coronavirus COVID-19, and out of an abundance of caution to neighbors and applicants, ANC 2B will be cancelling its regular March 2020 meeting previously scheduled for this evening. The meeting will be on Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 pm. Please note that, due to Johns Hopkins University’s recent closure of the university and cancellation of all non-essential meetings and room reservations as a result of the coronavirus, the location of the meeting has changed. The meeting will now be held in the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The meeting will be on Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 pm. Please note that the meeting will take place at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 1717 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Room 500. This is the SAIS building that is located on the north side of the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue.

Please also note that, due School of Advanced International Studies policies, all meeting attendees will be required to show photo ID in order to enter the school building.

ANC 2B Will Not Hold March ZPD Committee Meeting

Due to the lack of zoning and Historic Preservation Review Board applications requiring the work of the ANC 2B’s Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee, it will not hold a March meeting, previously scheduled for Wednesday, March 4th.
