April 4th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, April 4th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 1828 15th Street NW – Application for special exceptions from the lot occupancy requirements and from the accessory building rear yard setback requirements to construct a two-story rear addition to the existing principal dwelling unit and to construct a two-story accessory structure (BZA #19739) (2B09)

  • 1828 15th Street NW – Concept / two-story garage and addition to principal structure (HPRB #18-302) (2B09)

  • 1712 15th Street NW – Concept / rear addition and alteration (HPRB #18-304) (2B04)

March 27th TPI Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will be hold its March Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting on Tuesday, March 27th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

Please note that there will not be a committee meeting this evening (Wednesday, March 21st) due to the current snow emergency and respective DC Government closure.

The agenda includes:

  • Welcome
  • Presentation and Discussion Regarding Concept Protected Bike Lanes (Cycle Track) on 21st or 22nd Streets NW between Florida Avenue and Constitution Avenue
  • Discussion Regarding Curbside Management Project
  • Discussion Regarding the Jewish Community Center Delivery, Drop Off, and Pick Up Expansion Proposal

Please also note that, due to a recent policy change by the School of Advanced International Studies, all meeting attendees will be required to show photo ID in order to enter the school building.
