January 6th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda (Virtual Meeting)

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, January 6th at 7:00 pm. ANC 2B Will Not Hold December ZPD Committee Meeting

ANC 2B’s Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee will not meet in December 2020. The following two cases will be heard by the full ANC as part of its regular December meeting on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020:

  • 1334 22nd Street NW – Addition for penthouse near rear side of building with no changes to the building elevation on front and rear (HPRB #21-062) (2B06) – More information regarding the project can be found here.
  • 1519 and 1609-1611 17th Street NW – Nomination for Historic Landmark designation for Annie’s Paramount Steakhouse and its former location, the site of JR’s Bar (HPRB #21-04) (2B05 and 2B04) – More information regarding the project can be found here.
