ZPD Meeting May 6th 7PM at Resource Center

The ZPD committee will meet this Wednesday (May 6th) 7PM at the Resource Center (9 Dupont Circle). Public attendance and comments are highly encouraged! Please see the agenda below. While the meeting begins at 7PM, the discussion regarding the St. Thomas Church Development (1772 Church St NW) will not begin until 7:45PM at the earliest.

St Thomas Development April 24th HPRB Submission

After the March Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) requesting further design changes to the St. Thomas development project, the design team has resubmitted plans for a May 28th HPRB hearing. You can download the plans on Dropbox.

The Dupont Circle Advisory Neighborhood Commission will consider the plans at our May 6th Zoning, Preservation, and Development meeting and at the May 13th ANC meeting.

West Dupont Moratorium Zone Recommendation

Please note updated location of the April 27th special meeting

After three months of discussion, the West Dupont Liquor License Moratorium Zone Working Group has recommended a course of action for the ANC. The working group recommends further loosening the moratorium, eliminating the moratorium on all license types. The working group’s report is located here and will inform discussion at the April 27th special meeting of the ANC.
