Final Special February 2019 Agenda
The meeting will be on Tuesday, February 5th at 7:00 pm. Please note that the meeting will take place at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 1717 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Room 500. This is the SAIS building that is located on the north side of the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue.
Please also note that, due School of Advanced International Studies policies, all meeting attendees will be required to show photo ID in order to enter the school building.
February 6th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda
ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, February 6th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.
The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:
- 750 17th Street NW – Application by John Hancock Life Insurance Company for a special exception from the penthouse enclosure requirements to construct new penthouse structures on an existing 12-story office building (BZA #19923)
- 1726 Swann Street NW – Concept / addition and alteration of existing two-story home (HPRB #19-144)
- 1746 Q Street NW – Concept / two-story addition and roof addition (HPRB #19-172)
- 1832 15th Street NW – Permit / two-story rear addition; one-story addition to garage (HPRB #19-173)
- 2014 O Street NW – Concept / rear addition (HPRB #TBD)
- 1732 P Street NW – Concept / second story garage addition (HPRB #19-168)

ANC 2B has scheduled a special February meeting to consider items that the Commission was unable to consider during its regular January meeting. The agenda for the special meeting has been posted and can be viewed at the following link:

January TPI Committee Meeting Cancelled
ANC 2B will not hold a January Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting as the Commission ran out of time at its regular January meeting to affirmatively create the committee. The ANC anticipates that it will hold a TPI Committee meeting in February, the details for which will be publicized next month.
