April 17th TPI Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold its next Transportation and Public Infrastructure (TPI) Committee meeting on Wednesday, April 17th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The agenda includes:

  • Welcome and review of meeting norms
  • Member introductions
  • Discussion regarding proposed 20th Street NW two-way protected bike lanes in Dupont Circle
  • Discussion regarding rescheduling standing meeting date from the third Wednesday to the fourth Wednesday
  • Discussion regarding committee communications and operations

Please note that the meeting will take place at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), 1717 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Room 500. This is the SAIS building that is located on the north side of the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue.

Please also note that, due School of Advanced International Studies policies, all meeting attendees will be required to show photo ID in order to enter the school building.

April 3rd ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW.

The committee will review the following historic preservation and zoning applications:

  • 2014 O Street NW – Permit / rear addition (HPRB #19-258) (2B06)
  • 2124 O Street NW – Concept / addition, partial third floor on 2-story rowhouse (HPRB #19-265) (2B06)
  • 1832 15th Street NW – Permit / two-story rear addition; one-story addition to garage (HPRB #19-173) (2B09)
  • 1517 Swann Street NW – Concept / 3rd floor addition, rebuild rear enclosed porch, and interior renovation (HPRB #19-261) (2B09)
