December 7th ZPD Committee Meeting Agenda

ANC 2B will hold our monthly Zoning, Preservation, and Development (ZPD) Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 7th at 7:00 pm at the Dupont Circle Resource Center, 9 Dupont Circle NW. The meeting will be held in the order of the agenda below:

1515 Rhode Island Avenue NW – Application of KHP IV DC, LLC for a variance from the RA-
accessory use requirements to permit the conversion of an existing ground-floor office area into a café and add new signage to an existing hotel (BZA #19397) (2B05)

1721 20th Street NW – Concept / renovation of two-story house and rear three-story plus roof deck addition in rear yard (HPRB #17-074) (2B01)

List of Alcohol License Renewals Being Considered During ANC 2B’s November Meeting

Hello neighbors,

The list of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board license renewal applications that ANC 2B will consider during its regular November meeting this Wednesday can be found below:

Please note that there will be time set aside for community members to raise any concerns regarding the establishments included in the above list during the meeting.

As a reminder, the ANC’s regular November meeting will be this Wednesday, November 9th at 7:00 pm at the Brookings Institution, 1775 Massachusetts Avenue NW. A copy of the meeting agenda can be found here.
